Clare Rushmer HPC no CH15932

Clare graduated from the University of Huddersfield in 2003. She initially worked for Boots Healthcare in Chelmsford before setting up the clinic in 2005. She has also worked at various private clinics around the Royston and Cambridge area, and currently works part-time for a Consultant Podiatric Surgeon in Saffron Walden. Her particular interests within podiatry are dermatology, biomechanics and podiatric surgery. Clare enjoys classical music, concerts, theatre and playing the piano.

Cassie graduated from the University Of East London in 2010, and has been working in private practice since then, joining the clinic here in January 2011. She intends to return to the University in September to commence a PhD investigating the effects of obesity on the lower limb function, and clinical evaluation of children. Within clinical practice, her specific interests are treatment of the diabetic foot and pharmacology. In her spare time Cassie enjoys walking with her Doberman puppy, running and socialising.

Francesca graduated from the Chelsea School of Chiropody in 1987. She has worked solely for the NHS until joining the clinic in 2009. During her career, Fran has worked in Southend, Hastings and Bexhill before joining Mid-Essex PCT in 2004. Fran has completed a Certificate in Diabetes Care and various specialist courses regarding diabetes. Her particular interests in podiatry are diabetes, wound care, nail surgery with a growing interest in biomechanics. Outside of work, Fran enjoys spending time on her allotment and the rest of her time is spent ferrying her teenagers around Chelmsford and trying to get them off Facebook to do their homework!
